I have an older Weber Genesis grill and this cover is GREAT! It fits perfectly and is not too tight. The original cover I had (also a Weber cover specifically for the model grill I have) fit so snugly that eventually it started tearing at the seams. I can tell this one will NOT do that. Rudolph (Cincinnati, OH) In my opinion, this is one of the sturdiest, most weather resistant covers and it maintains a fair degree of flexibility even during the winter. We still grill out even in January in Ohio, and when we lived in Wisconsin, we grilled out also through the full winter. Yes, this costs more than others without the Weber brand, but from past experience, they only have lasted about half as long. Our first Weber grill cover was very functional for 7 years. This replacement is made of the same materials and thickness of fabric that our original one was composed of. I'm expecting the same durability with this one. As one approaches the end of the cover's useful life, it shrinks a bit and begins to tear at the corners. Because of this, it is more of a challenge to position it to cover the grill. But I dare any other cover to even be functional in 7 years. This cover is well worth it.
