To be honest, when I first ordered boiled crawfish, it was an accident. I've always bought them live and cooked them out back. But, once, I ordered some crawfish that were already boiled by mistake. Instead of crying in my beer, I put a normal pot of seasonings/goodies on to boil and, once rolling, added the boiled crawfish I bought. Letting them go a few minutes only, they were drained and viola good as if they were cooked live. Give it a try! |
