I use Dr. Brown bottles which have a bunch of little parts to clean. The sponge at the end of this brush has a much denser form than Munchkin's and held up nicely when cleaning the inner pipes of the Dr. Brown bottles. The sponge has a tendency to slide around which is annoying, but not a dealbreaker. However, after using it for about a month (daily scrubbing of 6 bottles plus bottle paraphernalia) I noticed rust on the inner wire structure between the blue sponge and the handle. Then one day, while scrubbing away, the brush snapped off completely from the handle exposing a rusty wire. I thought at first we had been too rough with it, but the inner wire structure on a product like this should never rust. it falls apart when used   August 26, 2010 Laura Pinni (Baltimore, USA) it seems that it lacks nothing...except that the parts are not attached to each other so when you use it it falls apart. the lower sponge rotate in the handle and it comes off making difficult to clean the bottles Worked for 5 months   July 17, 2010 Target Shopaholic (SF, CA) I guess it's pretty typical for these to break after several months of usage. This did the job for 5 months and then the handle broke off... oh well, it was getting dirty and needed to be changed anyway. Cleans well, breaks easily   July 3, 2010 Shannon (Dayton, Ohio) Love this brush for cleaning my bottles and pump parts - it fits in the nipple guard and narrower breastmilk storage bottles much better than other brushes I've used. Like other reviewers, the neck between the handle and brush broke after 2 1/2 weeks of using it - but I keep rebuying it because it fits in all my bottle/nipple/pump pieces. I have also purchased the deluxe Munchkin brush, and the bristles are so stiff it won't fit inside most of my bottle parts like this one. The handle plastic ends up breaking after about a month or two of use. Then I have to buy a new one.
